Curried Crayfish Tails


One dozen uncooked Red-claw tails

Chilli minced

Garlic diced


Separate tail flesh from shells, removing vein in process

Mix in chilli and garlic

Place in covered bowl and refrigerate overnight

Make your preferred curry sauce

When curry sauce is cooked, drop in the tail flesh and stir in well,
cook for another 5 to 10 minutes, depending on size of tails,
do not overcook

serve on a bed of rice

mix garlic and chilli in with tail flesh


serve on a bed of rice
